Super recommended, they best locksmith service for sure, they were so professional, the guy came on time, he was so helpful, changed all my locks very quick and put a high security lock in my house, i am felling much safe and also gave me a good price. For sure call them' the best.

Not recommended. Called this company to help with a late-night emergency lockout at my home. The dispatcher promised that a technician would arrive within 20-30 min. But they didn't show up even after I waited 90 min (past midnight). When I called back, the dispatcher was rude and unhelpful. Also, they wouldn't disclose the expected fee for the service. I quickly decided not to engage these folks any further. I ultimately got the issue resolved quicker and better with a much more reputable locksmith.

Called around to get quotes. Found GoPro to be cost affordable because it was half the price than any other locksmith. I scheduled an appointment with GoPro and a locksmith showed up saying that he was here to replace my locks. He looked at my locks and said the total price was going to be $433. I stated that I was quoted at $231. The locksmith said that the receptionist gave me the wrong quote. He lowered the price to $380 and did the work. 15 minutes after he left, a GoPro locksmith shows up to change my locks. I felt embarrassed and humiliated that KeyMe sent out a locksmith and replaced my locks before confirming with me that they were going to send a locksmith. They said that they got authorization from another person in my office and that it is completely my fault that this situation happened and that they would not meet me in the middle to get some type of refund. The manager would not let me speak and she raised her voice at me whenever I tried to speak. So this review is for their unprofessional attitude and their extremely high prices for their services.
